First, request a reseller account . Once you've created an account, you'll be have access to our online catalog, and will be able to view products and pricing, and check out online. You can also send a Purchase Order to directly to hello@agbrandcollective.com if you prefer. From there, you'll be sent a secure payment link, and your order will be processed.

All our products ship from the USA unless otherwise specified. Our brands typically get items out within 24-72 hours (blank), but please note your in hands date when placing an order.

Yes! Many of our brands offer in-house decoration (as noted in individual product descriptions), and we're happy to help facilitate 3rd party decoration for brands that don't. We also offer complimentary product mockups as capacity allows. Please reach out to hello@agbrandcollective.com for all custom requests.

Yes! (for the most part) If you see something on a brand's retail site that isn't shown in our online catalog, reach out to us at hello@agbrandcollective.com for wholesale pricing.

We are not able to accept returns for any customized products. For stock products, we do our best to accept returns when possible, however returns are accepted on a case by case basis pending brand policy.

Yes! Please reach out to hello@agbrandcollective.com with sample requests. Note - while we do our best to send complimentary samples whenever possible, samples may be invoiced at wholesale cost.
